Two Summit County brewers, one great beer
Dave Simmons, left, head brewmaster at Pug Ryan’s and Cory Forster, head brewmaster at the Dillon Dam Brewery, have collaborated to brew a Baltic Porter. This Baltic Porter is the first collaboration brew done in Summit County, although the concept is hot nationwide this summer.
