What is some advice for new substitutes?
What do teachers expect of a substitute in their class? So far I have only worked 3 assingments. two were at preschool and one at high school. Is it okay to modify the lesson plan to how I would teach, or should I follow instructions no matter how much they whine at me? Also are there any good resources for subs? Any websites that give activities and advice?
I don’t know alot bout this particular subject but don’t force the kids too much on what is required of them no matter the grade. As you probably already know they like to lie alittle bit on how things are usually done in thier classroom. Try to avoid those. Here are some websites that I hope will be of some use to you. They give pretty good advice.

The last one gives you links to others ones. It gives little information bout each one to see which one suits you. Hope this information helped! =]
